Browse the live giveaways and open the prize page to see the prize details, ticket price, closing date, available ticket count, entry options, and any instant win information. Each giveaway can have its own ticket limits, skill question, draw rules, and postal entry settings.
Some giveaways ask a skill question before checkout. If the answer is required, you must choose or enter an answer before tickets can be reserved. If incorrect answers are blocked, checkout will stop until a valid answer is provided. The promoter can also set an attempt limit for each question.
When manual ticket selection is enabled, choose the specific ticket numbers you want from the available list. If lucky dip is enabled, the system can choose available tickets for you. Selected tickets are held for a short reservation period so another customer cannot buy the same ticket while you complete checkout.
After your tickets are reserved, choose an available payment method and complete checkout. Payment options depend on the site settings and may include wallet balance, PayPal, card checkout, Coinbase, bank transfer, or a demo gateway for testing. Tickets are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Once payment is confirmed, your reserved tickets become confirmed entries. Your ticket numbers are shown on the confirmation page, saved against your order, and available in your customer account. Email confirmations can also be sent when email delivery is enabled.
Where postal entries are enabled, you can enter by post using the promoter's published postal entry instructions. Postal entries are reviewed by the admin team. Approved entries can be converted into confirmed tickets and added to the same eligible draw pool as paid entries.
Some giveaways may include instant win prizes. Instant wins are linked to specific rules or ticket numbers configured by the promoter. If one of your confirmed tickets qualifies for an instant win prize, the result can be shown on your order, account area, and customer emails depending on the site settings.
When a giveaway closes, the winner is selected from eligible confirmed tickets. The draw can be run manually by an admin or automatically when scheduled draw settings are enabled. Winners can be reviewed, published on the winners page, and notified by email.
Your account area keeps your orders, tickets, postal entries, wallet activity, draw results, and support requests in one place. You can check confirmed ticket numbers, view previous entries, see whether you have won or lost, and follow up with the admin team if you need help.
If checkout is cancelled or the ticket hold expires, reserved tickets are released back into the available pool. If a paid order is refunded, the ticket is marked as refunded and removed from the eligible draw pool while keeping the order history for audit purposes.
