Step 1

Choose a giveaway

Browse the live competitions, check the prize details, ticket price, closing date, available entry routes, and any instant-win or lucky-dip labels before taking part.

Step 2

Answer and reserve your tickets

If a skill question is required, choose your answer first. Then pick ticket numbers, use lucky dip, or select a ticket bundle depending on how that competition is configured.

Complete checkout

Your selected tickets are reserved while you complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your ticket numbers are saved against your account and order.

Step 4

Track entries in your account

Your account area keeps orders, ticket numbers, postal entries, wallet activity, support requests, and draw results together so you can check everything later.

Step 5

Draws, instant wins, and results

When a giveaway closes, winners are selected from eligible confirmed entries. Instant-win prizes can also be attached to specific ticket numbers where the promoter enables them.

Postal entries remain available where enabled by the promoter and are reviewed before being added to the eligible draw pool.
